BR: eos Organic Lip Balm Smooth Sphere

There are two beauty items I always have in my handbag all the time -lip balm & hand lotion.
My lips get chapped easily and nothing is more annoying than dry lips. It annoys me to the core and leaves me fidgeting my lips with my dirty fingers.
Ugh!
I've used so many brands bought from local pharmacies before I found a favourite. You name it -Nivea, Vaseline, Maybelline, Chapstick, even Biotherm and The Body Shop but they never got me stick to more than once.
Then I found Lip Ice and they have become my favourite ever since!

However, the thing with lip balms we have here in Malaysia is that they all look the same, either in a stick, small tub or tube. How boring...
So when I saw eos Organic Lip Balm Smooth Sphere on Drugstore, it's totally a love at first sight! And the fact that Ed 'Chuck Bass' Westwick digs it too, I knew I just gotta have it!

So I ordered my first eos Organic Lip Balm Smooth Sphere from Drugstore through a spree since shipping directly from US would cost me a fortune which is not worth it at all.
I bought the gift pack or 3-in-1 pack as it's cheaper and provides different flavours -strawberry sorbet (pink), sweet mint (green) & passion fruit (purple).
I can't remember the original price in USD but it cost me RM43.86 after conversion.
For a price of three, I won't consider it expensive as I saw Malaysian blogs sell it for up to RM29 per piece excluding shipping.
The packaging is oh la la super duper cute! So irresistible!

The aftermath:
eos actually stands for Evolution of Smooth and it really lives up to its name. Upon application, there's minty feeling and it doesn't feel sticky or thick. It tastes delicious too!
Reapplication is also needed. Don't expect it to stay long. It's a lip balm, not lipstick.
Cons:
Even though the lip balm is oh-so-cute, I would consider it a bit bulky unlike the other usual lip balms.
It also doesn't have SPF so I probably won't be repurchasing it in future as Malaysia is a blazing hot country and I need my SPF!
