a perfection

*pic: old-picture*
Blackrock Castle, Cork, Ireland.

Breathtaking. Enchanting.
I have always loved Ireland. It seems so serene and peaceful, not to mention its beauty is just so captivating.
I can walk all day long and not say anything but still feeling content.
I will.

One very fine day.

Best 2010 Memories!

Okay, so 2010 is ending and 2011 is really happening anytime soon.
How do I feel?
Hurm, there are ups and downs in my life along 2010.
But I have to admit it's one of the most exciting, fantastic years of my life!
Where should I start?

I remember starting off this blog in late 2009.
*smile*
It was just for fun, not the kind of blogs where I write the happenings of my life all the time.
I just wanted to share my views of the world, what I like and loathe.
And up until this minute I'm still glad I started blogging.

There were two best things happened in 2010.
First, I visited London and Paris.
I know I only wrote first part of the trip and kept procrastinating the other parts but I promise, one sweet day I'll post pictures of the two amazing cities in the world!
London is a shopping heaven and people are so warm and friendly and I so wanna live there!
I wanna go to the numerous museums every week, stroll along Oxford Street every other day and picnic at Hyde Park, just sitting there reading good novels all day throughout summer!
Oh God, what I would give for that to come true!
And Eiffel Tower, Paris? It's Eiffel Tower darlings! It's one of the 'must-go-places' before you die!
I would want to visit Paris again.
Thanks to Air Asia, it doesn't seem too impossible now!
Anyway, the next best thing happened in my year 2010 must absolutely be meeting Adam Lambert!
Oh yes honey and it was the best five minutes of my life!
I got lucky during his Glamnation Tour on the 14th Oct 2010 at Bukit Jalil where I met him backstage before his phenomenal concert started.
I am a huge fan of him and meeting him was not even in my wish list just because I thought it's never gonna happen!
It was a-mah-zing!
Plus, I didn't only meet him, I also won an autographed Glambox!
Schweeet!

*that's me in my purple heels next to Adam!*
*i looked bloated. whatever*
*For Your Entertainment CD, music videos VCD, remixes & a glam mouse pad!*

2010 will also be most memorable because I turn 25 this year.
God, my age is a quarter century. Okay let's not go into details about my age.
hahahaha
Another reason 2010 is a good year is because of the great movies all year long.
Avatar, Sherlock Holmes, Dr. Parnassus (okay, not so great but Heath Ledger over-the-Everest-top-amazed me!), Nine, Alice in Wonderland, Clash of the Titans, Shutter Island, Prince of Persia, Inception, Takers (Paul Walker!!), Toy Story 3, Rapunzel...
I haven't watched Narnia and The Tourist, by the way.
Will probably do early next year ;)

What else huh? Hurmmm...
Oh I bought my first smartphone, a Blackberry Curve which has been fantastic so far! A reason I have a Twitter account now.
And oh, I bought my first Marc Jacobs!!! *pengsan*
I went to Penang twice and Cameron Highlands thrice this year for holidays. My parents just love CH too much.
I have developed some sort of romance feeling with Chuck Bass. Darn those salmon suit he's wearing! He looked so good in it!
My darling friend Nashima got married. I cried. Her wedding was my wedding of the year ;)
I dreamed of Ian Somerhalder every night. Well, almost every night. But none in those dreams he bites my neck or sucks my blood. I prefer him doing so. muahaha
I bought almost ten pairs of shoes.
And one thing I am so glad happened this year would be passing all my M.Ed subjects. The final semester was the toughest!
*humongous smile*

So what have I not achieved this year?
Love.
Not wanting to be mushy here but it's nice to have someone you're excited to have dinner with or watch movies together. Or just knowing you're loved.
Well, good things are worth waiting for.
=)

This year there's less drama, just more great times with my family and friends.
My nephew is getting smarter these days. He's getting into pre-school next year. Oh please don't grow too fast sweetheart!
I also spend too much 'bonding' times with my friends -karaoke, steamboat, road trip, lepak melepak, gossiping, shopping!

I have a great, fantastic, amazing and wonderful 2010!
I am not yet a millionaire but I am forever grateful.
I thank Allah for everything, for leading the way for me. For all the wonderfull-ness around me. For the blessings HE gives my family and friends. For the strentghs I have in me to go through every fear, worry and sadness. For the rezeki HE showers my family. For my tears and laughters in becoming a better person.
All praises to Allah.

So come quick 2011!
I have nothing to be worried of but to live life to the fullest!
Happy new year everyone!
May you have a blast!
Leave the past behind and look forward for great things to happen!
See you next year!
Cheers!
=)

Do You Remember?

Reminiscing at times where everything seems so hectic and chaotic is certainly a moment we would cherish.
I often wish I were a child again.
Playing Barbie dolls with my sisters, 'police and thief' with my neighbours and worry about nothing.
But well, as cliche as it may sound, life goes on.
God I'm turning 25 this year.
*eerie sound*

So anyway, I suddenly remembered some old skool stuff that I can hardly find today.
Stuff that in Aish's generation, it's not something you would eager to have.
Nowadays he has Hot Wheels, Disney Channel and Transformers toy figures that I can never manage to transform.
To me, once a car, you should stay as a car.
Honestly, I don't think Optimus Prime would be ecstatic with you pulling out and pushing his head back in.
I miss these!!!
*colourful spring*
*earring stickers!**i used to have this watch!*
*my green lunchbox!*

*sigh*
Can I now wish for a rabbit hole and return to wonderland?

Bonjour!

From Paris with love.
I need this to remind me of the aftermath of my M.Ed.
Hopefully.

I Wanna Go There Again...

A dissertation to submit by September.
A presentation tomorrow.
A quiz on statistic in two weeks time.
Approximately 10 assignments coming soon.
92 students' presentation to listen and watch.
And 92 students' reports to grade.

I wish I'm on holidays with nothing to worry about.
Except which restaurants for dinner and which shops we're going next.
If only.

*aish on a double-decker with a new potential girlfriend. huahua*

I Think He's Still Relevant Today

He's hotter than South Africa itself.
Like, seriously.

I wish my baby daddy looks like him.

But then again, I don't look like Victoria at all.

Not even a bit.

Whatever.

Homesick. NOT!

I had dinner with my daddy&mommy tonight!
A real nice dinner!
They came over from Melaka for a wedding in Subang and dropped over at S.A just to take me out for dinner!
Oh yeah I'm spoilt.
I love being spoilt.

I haven't gone back to Melaka for almost three weeks now at earlier this week I was attacked by Mr.Tonsil and had terrible sore throat.
Then as usual, Mrs. Cough tagged along.
These two just can never leave me alone.
Before that I had this horrible strains in my nerves all over my body.
It's nasty, you know.
I spent most of the day sleeping. I just couldn't get up.
I wanted to go for a blood test, you know, there's too many weird sickness these days, so prevention is better than cure.
But I'm having that time of the month, and my friend said it would affect my blood test result.
So I ended relying on my long lost dear friend, En.Panadol.
Memang long lost friend, satu jam cari dia. Rupa2 nya menyorok kat dalam drawer, bawah timbunan of my facial masks.
En.Panadol has always been a nice friend. I got better two days after that.
=)

So at 10p.m. earlier, my adorable parents picked me up at Baiduri and we had dinner at Restoran Tasik Indah.
My dad wore batik shirt. Comel! Perut nya menambahkan lagi kecomelan!
hahahaha
Menu, as usual lah, tomyam, beancurd, broccoli & seafood.
Nice.
Can you hear me burping for the tenth time?
=P

They went straight back to Melaka after dinner.
My mommy just called, they have safely arrived.
Alhamdulillah.
Miss them already.
='(

Ulcers. Flu. Cough. And all of the horrible things.

I haven't been feeling well since 2 days ago.
Started with terrible bunch of red-skin-flaring ulcers inside my mouth. One situated very near to my anak tekak so everytime I wanna gulp down even plain water, I feel absolute pain.
And then came Mr. Flu.
With his partner in crime, Mrs. Cough.
And Mrs. Cough' long lost kitten, Phlegm. Who is always eager to get out from my throat. But seems like Mrs. Cough doesn't allow it to be free yet.
Or maybe Mrs. Cough just wants to grow old with her kitten and become the old nasty lady with a fat cat on her lap, sitting on a vintage rocking chair.
And oh, I haven't mention the worse.
Sir Fever.
Oh yes. The Great Sir Fever. Not only my body temperature shoots up everytime he's here but he also brings along some of his butlers. Mr. Headache & Mr. Nausea.
They should be Siamese twins since they are always together. Much like boots & blisters. Or IKEA's meatballs & that berry jam.
Anyway, for two days I feel like throwing up and I couldn't stand still without feeling like my shoe rack is spinning. Suddenly I'm Alice in Wonderland.

So far I've gulped down a dozen of Febricol for my flu and fever and litres of plain water. I dare not drink anything cold. Or eat anything too spicy.
And my family and close-knit friends are aware of my love for spicy food. I would usually eat up spicy food when I get attacked with flu to help getting rid of the mucus, but this time, I don't think my ulcers would be please with the idea.

I think it must have something to do with my frequent low blood pressure. Yup, I have it. But everytime I visit the blood centre for blood check up, the pressure will go straight up!
Could be because of the nervousness upon seeing the terribly thick needle to extract my blood from my fair flesh.
Well, not like I have never donated blood before.
Once.
Still, better than nothing.

Well, I think it's time for this patience patient to take up her pills.
And pray that Mr. Flu, Mrs. Cough, Phlegm the Kitten, Sir Fever, Mr. Headache and Mr. Nausea will find their way home.
Macam rombongan Cik Kiah la pulak...

Life oh Life

"So after all is said and done
I know I'm not the only one
Life indeed can be fun, if you really want to

Sometimes living out your dreams,
Ain't as easy as it seems
You wanna fly around the world,
In a beautiful balloon"

Life by Desree

A beautiful song by a legend, Desree.
Life is short.
Oh yeah, I've been hearing that for millions of times but I haven't paid that much attention either. I mean, I know life is short but we keep make the same mistakes over and over again.

Well, I was young and stupid.
So sue me.

I'll be turning 25 next year. Goodness sake, that's a quarter of a decade already!
And what have I achieved all these years?
A degree. Probably Masters by next year (InsyaAllah). And yeah, that's about it.
Sheesh..
Some people are already millionaires at this age.
(Talking about Irfan Khairi that my baby sis, Amy, been drooling over)

Jika saya seorang jutawan,
saya akan send my parents to perform Haj and all over the world. Both my parents need a break from us, their children. I know we are their world (we are very spoilt, and I'm OK with that) but they have sacrificed so many things they deserve anything they want in this world.
Kemudian saya akan membeli-belah sepuas2 hati saya. Who doesn't love shopping? I want that MBMJ I've been wanting since last year. And a pair of CL red sole pumps. And Nokia N97 in white. And to revamp Betty (my beloved car) with leather seats, a bit of skirting here and there and change the useless Clarion stereo.
Saya juga akan melancong ke serata dunia. I don't really like road trip, because I think it's a waste of time. If I can get a private jet, I'll fly directly to anywhere I want. I've always loved Ireland. It's so breathtaking and I would buy a small nice cottage with beautiful big garden of colourful flowers and have some ducks around. And maybe 2 black horses. Horses are gorgeous, aren't they?
I wish. How I wish....

I wish upon a star.
And then I realised it's still daytime.
So I thank the sun.
For shining bright and making me smile.
